Parishioners who are called to distribute Holy Communion and the Precious Blood at the Mass.  Extraordinary ministers of the Eucharist, referred to EEM are lay parishioners who can serve the parish by distributing Holy Communion during Mass. An EEM must be a fully initiated member of the Church (having received the Sacraments of Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation).
