    • Mass Intentions

The Church considers the Mass the greatest possible prayer of intercession insofar as it is the perfect offering of Christ to the Father by making present the paschal mystery of His death and resurrection.  When offering the holy sacrifice of the Mass, it is usually considered that special graces may be obtained when it applies to a particular intention.  If you would like to have a Mass said for someone who has died or someone in need of prayer, the Holy Mass is the perfect prayer of intercession for these intentions.

Mass intentions for weekend masses are noted in the opening remarks and included in the Prayers of the Faithful.  At your request, a Mass Intention Card or Sympathy Card for your intention may be mailed from the parish.

The recommended stipend for a single Mass Intention is $10.00. Mass Intentions may be made in person at the Parish Office or by filling out the online form and submitting the stipend electronically.
